With out a doubt, using the internet to grow your network marketing is the smartest thing any home based business owner can do.
The old school methods of bugging friends and family, home presentations, hotel conferences, placing business cards all over town and buying leads are not effective methods for marketing your business. Now I do see many, many MLM’ers and network marketers out “there” on the internet marketing using the various methods I just listed above but SO many of them are going about it all wrong.
It has become a tug of war or a shouting match to see who can boast about their compensation plan or fabulous product. So many talk about how easy it is to grow your organization, “All you need is four people, and if those four people…”blah, blah, blah.
It’s all crap.
When people are online searching for a home based business opportunity, that are not looking for someone trying to pitch them a product or a compensation plan. They are looking for a person to help them, they are thinking “What makes you different from all of the other people promoting the same exact business?”, or “What’s in it for me?”.
You need to find that balance between being yourself, delivering value and promoting your business. It is an art form, a skill that takes thought and practice.
